ProtoMED 5.2 is available from the ProtoWEB Client Update Center. Clients can log into our update center and download Version 5.2 which includes FREE INTEGRATED DOCUMENT IMAGING, Electronic Prescriptions, Electronic Eligibility Verification, Improved Electronic Reimbursement Advice, Integrated Credit Card Processing, and many more enhancements.

Medinotes E version 5.1, build 19 is currently supported in our ProtoMED UPDATE CENTER for ProtoCHART clients and Medinotes clients supported by PMMC. Contact our Help Desk Team via ProtoCHAT prior to downloading a Medinotes Upgrade.

Nationally Accredited Clearinghouse

ProtoMED claims are routed through our own nationally accredited clearinghouse. We are one of approximately twenty-five national vendors (such as Emdeon, McKesson, NDC) to have passed the rigors of EHNAC standards.
